Thomastown to Bennettsbridge

We will meet up at SuperValu car park on the Gowran road. We will take the R448 towards Dungarvin and at the edge of the village we will take a left turn to bring us to Tullaherin Tower, where we can take a stop to have a look at the Tower. From there we will continue to four cross roads, where we will be turning right to take us into Bennettsbridge and our coffee stop at Nicholas Mosse pottery and cafe. Once refreshed, we will come back across the bridge on the Thomastown road leaving the village and taking a right turn onto a very quiet road until we reach the T junction at the back gates of Ballylinch stud farm. Turning left we will progress out to Killarney cross. Turning right here and enjoying the last 5 kms, spinning downhill all the way to Thomastown, back to SuperValu. A lovely spin with lots of opportunities to chat along the back roads.
