Now that the schools are back, maybe it's time to get back to some leisure activities, and what can be better than getting back on your bike. We will meet up in Stoneyford, taking the Norelands road as far as the gates of Ballylinch stud. We will turn left to bring us into Bennettsbridge for our coffee stop at Nicholas Mosse pottery and then we will continue onto Ennisnag via Nore Valley pet farm before turning left to take us back into Stoneyford. This is a short spin which is great to get you back on your bike but having you back home by lunchtime to get on with the rest of your day.

I am a cycling enthusiast and feel it is such a great way to exercise in a leisurely enjoyable pastime. Having experienced being a participant with our Kilkenny group, I felt it would be a great asset to have a local group in Thomastown, which is why I became a leader. I try to vary my rides distance and speed wise to accommodate everyone's level of fitness and bike confidence.
