The route consists of main roads and some quiet back roads. Around 19 miles in, we take on a nice, steady climb from Swanlinbar village to Black Rocks Cross. We then have a fantastic downhill section back onto the main Swanlinbar road again! We will then cycle on through Bawn Boy village into Ballyconnell, where we will stop for a well earned coffee stop, hopefully at Anglers Rest which is very cyclist friendly and even offers discounted coffee for cyclists. From there we head on via Derrylin, Kinawley and back into round o to finish. Please keep an eye on the weather and on your emails as if weather turns bad I will cancel the ride.

I have a keen interest in leisure cycling which I have been doing for 12 years. I have taken part in several multi day cycles and sportives, and I would like to encourage other like minded people to experience cycling and the fantastic social side attached to it.
