We will cycle out the Templemore road for 7kms and then take a left after the redflag heading towards the Devilsbit Mountain. At the next junction, we will go left again, passing Killoskeane Castle and left again at a small junction. We will go right at Summerhill and left again, very carefully going down hill to Ballyroan and back to Shanahan's for a coffee stop.

This was a beautiful cycle on a lovely sunny September morning and the coffee stop in Templemore is worth another stop.
